01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of FiOn’s website, forms, digital platforms, communications and related services (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them and applicable laws. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

02 Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the Services, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with their operation, or transmit harmful or unlawful content. FiOn may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

03 Accounts and information

You are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to notify FiOn promptly of unauthorised use. These Terms also apply when you submit information or documents through FiOn forms or other digital channels, whether or not an account is required.

04 Intellectual property

The Services and their original content, features and functionality are owned by FiOn or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, FiOn grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose. You must not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Services without prior written consent, except where permitted by law.

05 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FiOn will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Any other limits on liability should be reviewed and completed for the FiOn contracting entity before publication.

06 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the FiOn contracting entity, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction over that entity, subject to mandatory applicable law. The contracting entity and governing jurisdiction should be confirmed before publication.
